food combining..
sorry, i was wrong..i ate fruits before a salad and then meats and i had a horrible day the next day! i am still having a hard time trying to see where carbs fit into the whole picture as well.The warrior diet says eat like so-
veggies
meats
carbs
though i have been on it for soo long, i still have a hard time really seeing where carbs fit into the whole picture in my overall nutrition.i usually eat exclusivly meats and veggies anyways..so carbs is still a new thing for me to incorperate.Fruits also, it seems like for me it's either fruits and that's all i eat that night, or salads and meats, or veggies and carbs- like chili or brown rice.
The bulk of the meal has now gotten to me, though i have eaten WD full on before-
when i first started three and a half years ago..i am now starting to develop and hard time digesting the foods in certain combonations,meat/veggies okay.
But then when to eat the carbs is the question for me all over again..i have experimented soooo much, and my only conclusion is that i eat it about an hour or so after i eat my meats..i haven't done that yet though, i may or may not.i generaly never ate too many carbs anyways, unless it's the form of a pizza or fries..anything else it was just chili or brown rice...for the next week it will be exclusivly meat and veggies...
