I can help you with many questions.

Questions 1- 9 from the Liver Flush Survey can be copied with all options, cause all of these questions can be re-used for just about any survey related to therapy or any remedy. Almost.

Also, many other questions from the " Liver Flush Survey" can be re-used ... copied with smaller changes.


Anyway, you still have to first create a survey, before we start adding new questions.

If I create a survey, it will be linke to my username, and you will not be able to make any changes.

If you create a survey, it will be linke to your username, but I will be able to make changes cause I have full privileges on editing any survey.
