Growing Pains

This group has some growing pains, I feel it is a place where you can complain about your job, fellow employees, boss, The company you work for, etc

Lets be a little kind to people that want to bitch about any of these things...

I know I could complain about the language difficulties I have to deal with.... I am of English, Dutch, German and ? descent and my ancestors have been in this country since the early 1600's... I don't feel I should have to learn another language, but I deal with it and will probably complain about it.....
