Re: Weirdo's at work

Please be careful when judging others. You are never going to find a church, a job, a school, or any group of people where everyone will meet your standard of normalcy.

Nevertheless, these people -- as all of us (but in their case, it's more outward) have issues in life that they have to deal with.

The most you can do is show compassion. It doesnt mean you have to be palsy with them, but please dont group together with your other fellow normal employees and laugh at these people. When you said: " I hate to say that we used to bait her. It was really quite amazing.

Thanks God these people are all gone, but alas they have been replaced with well, egomaniacs and arrogant jerks. The ladies are OK though. LOL "

I was a little disturbed by that remark--especially the part where you admitted you baited that one employee.

Step outside of yourself for a minute and think about how mean spirited that is to do to someone-- regardless if they have emotional issues or not.

I believe we are all placed around various types of people in life as a sort of test to see if we will snub them, laugh at them-- or just learn to grow above that, and love them just because they are human ---albiet disfunctional-- but still living beings deserving of some sort of respect- and prayers.

My favorite quote is from the late Mother Teresa of Calcutta: "It is better to love than to be right"
