The Nite from *H*

I had the night from *H* I work in maintenance and every tool tonight went down hard.... Had to really work on all of them... First The previous shift broke a robot due to operator *F* up So put in the new Robot The Robut decided it wasn't going to work.... Dicovered with my lead tech that the new robut was the problem.... Ordered a new one (4 hours) just one after another....

I had operators more interested in what time they were going on break....

They were clearing alarms right and left... (makes more work for me)

After a few snotty remarks from the operators... I told them... We are lucky that it didn't happen to us (broken wafers) LUCKY Please don't clear alarms, let me know, every alarm is a potential problem... Well they knew better than me.... spent the night "who cleared this alarm" not me...

I just told them "if you break a wafer" guess who isn't going to back you....

The glory of making more money than idiots!!!!!!
