Help Interpret Dental Dream?!

Hi. I am in distress about decision on whether my tooth really needs to clear up vs. thinking I need to give myself some time to at least prove to myself that I can't clear up the abscess. Last night I prayed for dreams, signs, etc.

Dream 1:First dream: I was spraying a cross between silly string and shaving cream in my mouth and then I could sort of blow heavy smoke rings with it and somebody was bringing me into other room to entertain people with ‘blowing smoke rings’
My sense of this was: toxic mouth.

2nd dream: Something was moving around in my mouth and it was a tooth that was still stuck by one thread and I reached in and yanked it off. But it was a MOLAR and it was to the front of the eye tooth which is the actual one in question. Then I was in a big hurry to call my hubby and call the dentist’s office to get in there.
