Experts, How does Iodine get INTO the bloodstream?

Using Lugol's? or Iodoral? Painting?


I read one of Trapper's Post and he said that Idoral gets into blood stream and small intestines which I suffer MORE than large intestines because of my leaky gut and small intestinal bacterial growth.
