Yard sales and thrift shops

I do a huge majority of my shopping at yard sales and thrift shops. Places like Goodwill and Salvation Army stores. I very much enjoy the meeting and talking with people that I did not know and I do run across some very good deals. I have 12 pairs of good sneakers (with insoles thick enought to feel like walking on thick carpet) that if I added the total cost of all 12 it would be cheaper than ONE decent pair bought new.

Doing my part for recycling and having fun while saving money too.
