FAO sickofhives and other Liver Flushers!

I thought it would be better to leave the forum when i was having a really bad time... ive changed my mind and im going to stay around, i need to speak to people in similar situations! I actually missed the people/forum.

Anyway i would like to do a Liver Flush i plan to do it on a weekend when i have a few days spare. I was wondering if somebody who has done many or is regualrly doing them could provide me with a good recipe, and kind of step by step instructions if that isn't too much to ask! thanks alot
