Hi

I really do not want to add into your theory. I just read that you said that you would be tested for one of the following since you mentioned celiac. I believe EVERYTHING relates to the digestion system. Leaky gut begins which forms candida yeast which triggers liver and kidney to not function properly and so on.

Stomach problems usually caused because of bacterial yeast overgrowth, parasite, or enzyme defiencies which you talked about in your post food intolerance.

Things like carnosine is an oral chelator and protects and strenghten liver/kidney while cleansing blood, N-A-G protect stomach lining while healing and decreases stomach yeast, Brewer yeast is good for healthy stomach flora, Omega 3 is excellent for gut inflammation and increase calcium, Lugol's Iodine is an iodine. Nigari Oil for magnesium intake in which you apply to body like lotion and also do a foot bath in the oil so your body receives 100% mag. Last a multivitmain with all the MUST HAVEs for overall health.

Possibly once you overcome most of those symtpoms your body will get back into balance and you can start to gain healthy weight. Weight loss could be cause of enzyme defiencey, parasites, leaky gut or STRESS which means lack of B vitamins.
