I have been researching the effects of Sulphur Dioxide that is in nearly 90% of our foods.
Although governments agree that this preservative causes breathing problems and allergies they don't mention that it can also cause severe mood swings,aggression, anxiety, shortness of breath and suicidal thoughts.
It worries me that this preservative is added to most of our food items.
Obviously everyone has a different reaction to the preservative and if you have good kidneys and liver you may not be affected except for feeling tired off and on.
But its those who can't tolerate it are effected the worse.
Please consider checking the foods you are eating and opt for sulphur free foods and note how you feel when you are not eating so much of this preservative.
