Re: olive oil

Olive oil is fantastic for the skin. If rubbed in well it doesn't actually leave a residue like alot of other oils. It is very warming and often it will bring the blood to the surfact which is great for your complexion. It can smell a little though, so it is good to add a bit of essential oil to it before applying.

My favourite moisturizer is mixing Olive Oil, aloe vera and essential oils together. Very healing for the skin.
