i would highly recommend magnesium malate since it is both a good source of magnesium and it chelates aluminum. also get plenty of leafy greens which are a great source of magnesium.
do you have mercury fillings? if so have you considered getting them out? if not have you considered a good mercury chelation protocol like the andy cutler protocol?
for adrenals B5 (panothenic acid) is critical. take plenty of it. i would recommend a basic b complex, plus B5 capsules on top of that.
