I have found them to give reasonable and complete answers, given the limitations (the impossibility of diagnosing someone whom you've never met and examined; the impossibility of making treatment recommendations when the medical histories submitted with the question are woefully incomplete).
The experts who write for the "ask the experts" forum are unpaid volunteers - they receive no money from big pharma.
