As to the questions about the mole and what is taking place and is it safe?

Yes, it is safe for you to do what you are doing and seem to be getting Positive results!

As to all of the whys and wherefores about the condition, this is not well understood and I do not proclaim to have all of the answers either!

But, "IF" the ACV is working, then this may mean that it may be supplying something which your skin may need to heal it's self and the mole may be because of a Lacking of some Alkaline Minerals or oils or such as the skin may be Lacking in where the mole is!

What matters, is that you are finding something which is helping you solve your problems and it is not some High Priced Drug with all kinds of side effects to go along with it!

The ACV may react against the mole because it is of a different Electro-magnetic Energy than what the rest of your skin is, and is supposed to be, thus the reason for the effects you may be seeing!

With the correct tools and instruments one could tell exactly what the specific reasons are for what you are seeing, but I have never went to the trouble to concern myself to find out about moles!

"IF" it works, keep solving the problem until it no longer bothers you!
