Swishing urine around in the mouth for ten minutes or so sounds just like oil pulling (see CZ support forum of that name)

The OP forum reports similar healing of mouth issues, but requires purchace of the oil and has a bit more complicated proceedure.

Simpler and free sounds better to me!
