Maybe not a waste of time. You would certainly need to find a way to have the metal bound or encased while it is leaving the body. Chlorella and cilantro can help. The methods are different. Methods, other than Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , may take out more various metals than Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
