Light therapy?

hi guys, im wondering weather or not any1's tried those blue/red lights? apparantly they work but im not spending alot of money on 1 if they dont.

jus to fill you guys in - my Acne ranges from mild to moderate, most of the time can be covered up with make up without much fuss.

iv tried several flushes, enemas ands fasts but nothing much has changed and its been about a year of trying. i get mostly round the chin and under my nose which i believe is more hormonal issues?
