Someone mentioned a Royal Rife Machine? Anyone had energetic balancing?

I just read that Dr. Wayne Dyer's whole family does this. It seems weird if you just give them your name they can balance your energy and cure your diseases. I trust Dr. Dyer though. I read it does what the Royal Rife machine does. How do we get a Royal Rife machine? Or lead me to that forum.
