lipo is for people who really have no desire to change the habits that got them fat to begin with, therefore they will again be unhappy and fat again. and then to find after having this surgery done most likely feel and look worst off then before, especially when they see that skin flapping around that looks like chicken fat.

water fasting is about more than losing wieght its about cleansing the body, mind, and spirit. sure you will lose wieght while doing it and it is a plus, but you should also be focused on the bigger picture of your life.

after fasting if you go back to doing the same things you were doing you will feel and look the same as you did before. use the fast to break yourself of bad habits and to start feeling good about yourself and life again. Tweet
