A brochure from the Canadian Government...

...Or from the World Health Organization...I don't know which.

Nor have I read it thoroughly.

Thought you might find it interesting...

They offer a number of brochures, on various ailments, as part of a general overall program on aids to the well-being of women, children, and seniors...circa 2006, or perhaps earlier.

Reading some of the introductions to the welfare of seniors, I see much to like.

But I did catch the line in this brochure that said urinary difficulties have nothing to do with 'age', or something like that.

If it is true that they are, in fact, 'caused' by mineral inadequacies, it may be logical to think that anyone, at any age, can be minerally deficient...but that seniors are particularly vulnerable...and folks who eat foods found in local grocery stores, restaurants, and institutions. ...Grown on tilled land, with a lack of soil micro-organisms.

:D

'Scuse me, I couldn't resist that.

Lately, I've been carefully cutting back on my water intake...as do many seniors. Just a little, because I've spent a lifetime drinking little 'extra' water.

I relied on the water in my food.

Cutting back a little has helped, somewhat...but look out if I get thirsty and knock back nearly a full glass at one time.

...And this is nice well-water!

My best, everyone.

We'll get to the bottom of this soon.

Fledgling
