Re: Introduction and confusion

Bill Henderson, while very much supporting the Budwig protocol is more in the business of reviewing any and all methods for healing cancer. He reviewed the Budwig protocol (sometime last year, I believe) and was even active on the Flaxseedoil2 Yahoo group for a while and found it to be, in his words, one of the most effective protocols there is. Eating the flaxseed oil/cottage cheese mix is part of his recommended regimen but he departs from the group's strict adherence to Budwig's "no supplements" recommendation by adding some 4 or 5 supplements to the FOCC + cancer diet that Budwig uses. (I suspect he may not have been welcomed by the group moderator because of this!)

I agree that it is very confusing when first encountering all the cancer-healing protocols there are out there and deciding which one to follow. If I were just beginning to look at alternatives to mainstream treatment, I would start on the Budwig protocol but continue to research some of the other things that are being used successfully. cancertutor.com is a good resource and place to start and it will warn and keep you from using conflicting protocols. Curezone is also a great resource. (I would check out some of Tony Issacs posts on cancer protocols, as well as the Iodine group, cleansing, and ...?) Best wishes to you.
