Great news. You mentioned you drink a lot of water, do you do so with a straw? I used to drink at least 6-8 cups of water a day, but now that I'm taking the melatonin I've dropped down to 2-4 cups since it would wash away the melatonin if I drink too much. I never drink with a straw though.. and I don't avoid contact with the water, how about you?
Also, have you been noticing any stress lately? I'm still stressing a lot over other things as usual... I'm eager to try out the turmeric, but I'm still waiting for that 3 week time period just to make sure the melatonin alone isn't working (although by the looks of it, it won't help). Lastly, do you use the beeswax from a tin can, or the chapstick, if there's a difference.
