Squalene oil or Udo's Oil?

Its hard to decide which oil I need between squalene or Udo's oil.

The problems I have are defieciency in oxygen, blood circulation, leaky gut, lack of omega 3s, high blood pressure and diabetes and possibly mercury. I am on an oral chelatin therapy right now so I am somewhat afraid of squalene oil but read so much good benefits about the product.
