I might add that taking magnesium hexahydrate seem to enhance the benefits of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement

I also do know that my hairs/beard are growing so more frequent trip to the barber for sure..

I try to distance my taking of MSM by -3-4 hrs before eating anything- so much food etc do contain vitamin C

Another hint-melatonin -in liquid format(do NOT mix it up with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement tough)- =3 grams per serving is a bare minimum:I take it at nite +2- hrs after having taken MMS..
Melatonim seems to work in symbiosis with MMS..
