Have you tried painting Iodine on the areas in addition to taking Iodine internally? Also, you might ask Trapper over on his forum about suggestions for managing the spots.

Iodine will kill cancer and cancerous growths on the skin. That is why it often removes moles for people.

You didn't say HOW MUCH Iodine you are taking internally. But sure and let Trapper know, that is important in figuring things out. But I can tell us that iodine causes apothosis (self-destruction generated from within the cell) of cancer cells and other abnormal cells.
