There are no hard fast answers to your question since everyone is different. Add to that genetics and how each individuals system is able to handle what each ingests.
The one thing you need to understand is that while doing any fasting helps you get rid of toxins 10 days is simply not enough to effect any deep permanent cleansing. It takes around 2 weeks of fasting before most of the causative agents are eliminated and then after that is when the actual cleansing and healing at the cellular level "begins".
Doing a number of 10 day MC will never equal or reach into the old damged tissues like a single 21 days or more MC will do so don't expect that because you did a 10 day MC last October that somehow there will be some magical effect and you'll pick up where you left off. It takes 3 to 4 days for the system just to empty itself 7 +/- for the system to begin adapting to fasting.
"Pretty healthy eating habits" is a relative term and generally speaking unless someone has taken the time to really educate themselves and has made a very conscious effort and lots of experimentation to find their groove what most consider "pretty healthy eating habits" might be somewhat better than the standard american diet but it is often quite lacking in a balance of the components needed for optimal health. One big overlooked aspect is the inclusion of healthy fats (EFA - Essential Fatty Acids).
The enviroment you live in and all the different products you might use from toothpaste soap etc all contribute to the toxins accumulated by the system and of course air pollution so it certainly isn't just about diet.
In short don't expect much from a 10 day MC and certainly don't expect that there will be some commulative cleansing from a 10 dayer you did last year. For >me< if I'm going to go though all the effort and prep etc to fast, 21 days is the minimum worthwhile MC.
