15 drops with required activator, repeat in 1 - 2 hours. If still ill again next day. In almost all cases malaria or at least the fever and the malaria symptoms are gone by second day. People are well and back to normal life. Maybe because we dont normally do lab tests before and after it may not be malaria (I know some people would try to argue here) but whatever it is is mostly gone by then.
