From reading the pdf, urine fasting is performed differently

on page 60
3-30 days urine fasting, depending on severity of disease/condition
- mandatory & essential to massage whole body with urine daily
- at least 1 urine enema (1 litre 50/50 urine/water) to be performed in the morning
- break urine fasting with fruit juices or other liquid meals, return gradually to normal diet
- consume 8-10 glasses of water daily, ensure sufficient water intake

Herpes is cured by using urine packs (similar to castor oil packs).
Extreme tooth pain and gingivitis cured by retaining urine in mouth, 4x daily, for 15 mins.

For all skin applications/diseases, old urine is 100x better than fresh urine (page 67).
