Making iodoral

It wasn't stains, just an general yellow tinge.
I took nascent Iodine for about a month, and my teeth just kept getting more and more yellow.
I'll try swallowing my Lugol's after oil pulling and before I brush my teeth. To keep some oil on my teeth as a barrier.
Anyone has made his own iodoral from lugol's?
