Wheat sensitivity.....avoid wheatgrass???

I have a grain sensitivity, mainly wheat, so wheatgrass juice is out the question for me? I have never tried it. Is there a alternative? Spirulina? Chlorella? Blue grass Algae? I don't know much about these......... Tweet
