Re: RAWFOOD vs NO-GRAIN DIET - Neuropathy, High Blood Pressure, Palpitations

Hello

I am new to this forum but this CureZone is an excellent site- I am finding out. This is my first post.

Being a BP patient  myself, I can assure yours is borderline BP at the best. But it is slightly elevated. There is an underlying  anxiety about your health, which may be the basic issue. Your diet may be individually selected specifically and good but it is good to come to a simple landing on this. Chnages are  similar to pendulum swings - always overshooting the equilibrium (neutral) position. Use diversity in food, selection is good but get cloer to a normal balanced diet. Being a vegetarian and using some good grains (whole) some seasonal fruits and good amount of  steamed /boiled/ curries  with 3/4 vegiies, protconflictein (lentils soy Fish)  should be easy and can be soft to stomach kidney etc. Two heaped teaspoons of flaxseeed should be OK but if you are going too much and on daily basis then some imbalaces over long term is possible. Using a bit of bean sprouts etc OK but you need not jump to complete raw food without testing the ground. Take ggod food and forget about it. It should go through its process of digestion and elimination all happens without your having to worry or watch over. As an outsider looking at the mail, I could sense a eating conflict being an issue. Dont get disheatened you are on right track but moderation is the key. This will sole issues quietly. Use common sense and good nutritional information (which you are doing only toooo well) and then just relax for a couple of months and wait and see before changing too fast. Be kind to yourself .Your body (trust it) has more native intelligentce than your aquired knowledge however erudite.

A good osteopath will be able to clear up your body issue. Phsyiostherapists  are too mechanical in approach. Suggest do Yoga/Pilate and some meditation.

I am not crtical I have been also running around but we cant apply everything we learn immediately. Even so take nutritional info with always a pinch of salt be open but not too wide beleve 50% and doubt 50%. It is second hand information anyway and not infallible. Use common sense, judgement and take a middle path approach. Learn voraciously but apply on yourself with common sense.

everything will fall in place enjoy life! Whatever is the situation enjoy life. To enjoy only when things are going your way any fool can do it. To enjoy with all this and that and the other requires .....what? Think but no pat answers please

Relax
