Hi EngMKIII,

ACV Enemas are much better in most cases and you adjust the amount of ACV to how fast you want it to work!

Now, with that said, there may be a place where the Salt water Flush may have it's place in colon cleansing!

And this may be in the case where a person has too much potassium in their body in relationship to the amount of Sodium and thus the Osmotic pressure is not working properly for the body cells!


This is where you may be better to use the Salt water instead of the ACV in the Enema !

But, generally people who have constipation problems may have too much Sodium to the amount of potassium, so this is Best to use the ACV Enema!
