Yes, that would indicate that the rate of expansion was less than 8%.  So pick a figure between 4% and 8%.  The point is, no matter what percentage the growth rate, the family has tremendous personal money - and it is widely estimated that through their control of central banks and other elitist families they either own or control over half the wealth of the entire world.  Don't forget, they also own or control most of the world's oil and other energy, gold and diamonds.

It ain't the neo-cons, Roky feller - it is who OWNS and controls the neo-cons.  So close you are, and yet so far away.  I do understand, a scant couple of years ago I was there too.  It is an easy place to be - after all, just about everything you say about the evil neo-cons is true.  Except you stop looking when you get to that level and fail to see what lies beyond the neo-cons.  And there my friend, indeed be monsters!
