Funny you should mention that. I have knee problems too and I've been hoping it would help. This is my first flush and my knees feel better already, along with my whole body. I'm sure getting out all the debris helps with every part of our bodies; lymph, endocrine, digestion, absorption, synovial fluid etc.

I'm pretty sure candida ruined my knees and getting rid of it, and getting healthy, will cure them. That consists mainly of cleansing the liver right now for me.

The answer to all our health problems is figuring out how to clean our bodies and how to eat right to keep them clean so they can heal themselves. Of course, in this world we can't avoid all parasites, fungus', and other natural health burdens, but if our body's are healthy, in balance, and working, we shouldn't get sick. That's my goal.
