hahaha - yeah! But apparently quite a few people don't have bank accounts. I see gas stations offering check cashing at a "low rate", especially when it's tax refund time.
I suspect the type of people who don't cash checks at banks are also the type of people who would stock up on Waldemort's myriad "discounted" products.
