I just got my 3 removed a week ago--no real changes yet, but I'm waiting. I found a Dr. that uses the Huggins protocol so none of the mercury would seep back into my body--they're very meticulous re: protecting the rest of your mouth, using suction, ionizers, all sorts of crazy stuff--to make sure you don't get sicker.
