by the way, what are you doing for the anemia? are you taking B12? if i were you i would start taking large doses of B12. get the right form. do NOT get the cyanocabalamin form, which is the most popular. its made with cyanide, you dont want it.
instead get the methylcobalamin form, which is the form the body utilizes. you can take as much as you like. dont skimp. people have taken up to 60,000 mcg's in a day for days on end and not had any negative effects. (60,000 mcg's = 60 mg's). the sublingual form is best.
