If HIV does not exist...

If HIV doesn't exist, how do we get rid of what ever it is? If we don't know what it is, how can we ever find a cure? This has been confusing me for a while now, and I really would like to clear it up. If it isn't HIV, maybe it's easier to cure than what we all think, just no-one has tried. Maybe the FDA wants us to think it's HIV because they don't know what it really is, and thats why they are avoiding to try and find a cure. I don't know, I just wanted to share my thoughts with you, and get some feedback. All I DO know is that we need a cure NOW, one that we know that definitely works, and where controversy is little.
