Re: Doing the drink, baths, and have couple questions

Hey Scented Lilac,

if you have lightened hair the hydrogen peroxide will make your hair a little lighter. People with dark hair may notice strange orange highlights. ACV may take a little too much oil out of your hair and make it hard to comb but alot of people like it for squeaky clean hair.

How much of the Epsom salts are you using in your water or ML drink? Only a tiny pinch is needed unless you are constipated. I can't taste it in a glass of water.

I don't use any sea salt for my bath because I have had problems with edema in the past. The ACV baths have potassium which will help your body from retaining too much sodium, which causes the fluid buildup. While the H202 neutralizes the acids that are pulled out of your skin.

If you are afraid of the taste of kelp in your drink then take kelp in capsule form while you are drinking your drink. That way you won't taste it.

Glad your here. :)
