What would you do? please asap

Someone broke a huge fluorescent light bulb in my work area, and then used a VACUUM CLEANER to "clean it up" (spread the mercury around). Glass and white powder were everywhere. I was THE ONLY ONE out of 20 people who seemed concerned. I left work immediately but If I go back to work tomorrow I will be exposed to mercury all day. Mercury has been a monster in my life already so I avoid it like the plague. I am so pissed off right now.

Should I go to work tomorrow? Try to clean it up better tomorrow? Am I over-reacting?
