Go on a fast.

Well as long as your not leaving the house its a great time for a fast.
Fasting is a great way to jump start the candida killing fields. It's a great way to get ahead of candida and relieve your symptoms almost immediately.
First day is rough though but if you are committed and need a jump start--fasting is the way to go.

Stop eating.
Drink a half gallon of green tea steeped in a gallon of distilled water.
Crush fresh garlic (bacteria killer) and slam it back with water. Its nasty--but so is what is going on inside you.
Sounds like you are so infested that your body is about to give up and serious health problems are on the rise.
If you can't go cold turkey--try apple fasting. Granny Smith's are good.
I am telling you though girl, if you are losing the battle, your diet isnt working, your results are not fast enough-- try fast.
Give your digestive system a break and let your body naturally take over. Candida die off when you dont feed them at all, and garlic will kill them off. Then add your yogurts, probiotics, eat only natural whole foods. You are being poisoned.
Plus youll look better in a bikini LOL
First day your hands might get colder in waves...especially if you smoke.
Might get headaches,
There is some good information here.

read the whole thing if you have time. Click all the links and learn as much as ya can.
I have had a bacterial sensitive system since I was a young girl.
Bladder infections and symptoms since I was a kid. Always treated with Antibiotics !!!
I have found fasting one day a week and two to four long fasts a year is the only way I can stay on top of my infestations, and man does it work.
Everyone nay-says at me... fasting isn't good for you, your hurting your metabolism, blah blah blah, but my body is just the perfect little incubator for this crap and its necessary I get on top of it as soon as I don't feel like showering in the morning, cold hands, thin brittle hair, low body temps, etc.
