DON'T PANIC!!! about two days after i got mine removed i started bleeding like that. for two days i went through a pad every 45 minutes or so. it scared the crap out of me!!! i thought i was going to bleed to death and too stupid to know it! then i bled for about 6 more days. i did not have any pain with the bleeding.
