You can take No. 2, since your Bowels are already moving regularly. You can buy a kit from American Botanical Pharmacy (800-437-2362) for both Liver and Kidney 5-day detox.
Place 1-2 dropperfuls in each cup, that you drink. There are MANY watered-down extracts and tinctures in the health food stores these days and so I'd recommend Herb Pharm.
