It is not important to feel anything, but the end result counts. Some people can have good result after one session, some may take several or weeks. I didnot feel much, except some tingling at my hands, but I was able to sleep without itching after the first session. FYI, I had practice qigong more than ten years. After one month on it, I am more or less symptom free which I had been suffering for more than 3 years daily, spent thousands of dollars.
If one donot have any illness, then may not see any difference. Just be persistant, and follow his rules.
Also if there is any spontaneous movement while you are listening, it is releasing your bad energy, so just let it be.
