all b vitamins, especially B12 and B6

acetyl l carnitine, helps metabolize fat which is what the brain burns for energy
rosemary, protects and nourishes nerves
vitamins C and E
healthy fats are really the key here, flax oil, hemp oil, coconut, high quality fish oil (dont get the cheap stuff), raw butter, eggs, all will help.
