Re: Doc do you own a juicer? n/m

I've tried juicing off and on over the years. But I finally sold all three of them at my wifes garage sale a couple years ago.

Some people swear by it but it doesn't make sense to me. Too concentrated. Look, I wouldn't sit down and eat a dozen carrots at one time. Or a dozen anything. It'll make you sick. It's like the vitamin manufactures isolating the "active ingredient" that's supposedly the key to the whole thing. Then pack a whole bunch of that isolated ingredient into a little pill. Doesn't work.

For sure juicing has all the veggies or fruits components but can all that concentrated nutrition be healthy??? Some people think it is and if you're recovering from "terminal", once the bugs are gone and liver back on line, I don't see the harm in it. But that's why we have all the various Superfoods available.

But really, I don't see much harm in it. If you like it - go for it. Too powerful for me. I used to love my carrots, spinach and turnips too.
