Kombucha mushroom

Hello!
I haven't made any tea from my mushroom for a while. Recently I tried it again. But I think my mushroom is dead. It is dark and not forming a baby mushroom. Can anyone help me? I want to try and find another mushroom? Does anyone know where I could get one? Thankyou! Tweet
