Hello!
Recently I added garbanzo and mung beans sprouts in my smoothies and wow! Very satisfying and yummy. Energy to the roof.
These beans are the easiest and fast to sprout. You do not need any sprouting gadget. I use any container.
Recipe
2 TBS mung beans sprout
2 TBS garbanzo beans sprout
a bunch of lettuce or any green
1/4 cup of fresh ground flex seeds
1/2 cup rejuvelac or any juice
1 small apple
1 small banana
I do not own no blender. I use one of those Immersion blender thing. They work find. But I would imagine what the real blender would do.
