How do i do Cofee Enemas

Dr, I have read about coffee enemas to cleanse the liver.
Could you please give me the recipe of how to do that and how often and for how long.
Would that be just as good as the liver flush, or is it just a different way of flushing the liver.
Is it done with any coffee?
